9.6/10 Exceptional! (74 reviews)
We stayed as a group of five, and unfortunately, there were a few inconveniences during our stay. Despite having five guests, we were only provided with two regular-sized towels and three small towels, which was not enough for everyone. Additionally, the coffee maker and toaster were both not working, making it difficult to prepare breakfast. These are basic amenities that we expected to be available and functional. While we appreciated our stay, we feel these details should be addressed to provide a better experience for future guests.

"Check in was easy, and the clerk made sure to tell me to line up by 5:40 am in order to make sure that I had a place on the 6:00 am shuttle to the Madrid Airport. The property was very quiet and the towels were plentiful and of excellent quality."

9/10 Wonderful! (742 reviews)
"This is my first time in a Hostal/Private Room. Everything was fine, except for the A/C it didn’t work apparently because of the change of the season; they expected cold weather. This place had the advantage of a nice cafeteria, bar really convenient"
